New year and new place to broadcast. The oldest radio station in Billings, KGHL has a brand new home. The station has moved to its new digs in the Northern Broadcasting System studios at 600 First Avenue North just before the new year.KGHL was purchased in late 2009 by a new broadcast company, KGHL Radio, LLC headed by Northern Broadcasting System owner Taylor Brown and other local partners. The station has upgraded its broadcast equipment to deliver a better sound experience for the listeners.
Brown commented on the station's programming, "KGHL has a great heritage of serving the ag community in the 20 counties we reach. The station will continue to add to its local service commitment and build upon the 80 year heritage."

Country Music DJ Hall of Famer Lonnie Bell continues to be heard on the station along with Nick Tyler and the popular Tradio program. KGHL has added a new farm based program to the air coincident with the move. Agritalk, a daily one hour phone call based conversation about the issues facing agriculture will air each day at 9 following Tradio.
