The new ROOT TV cable package signed by members of the Big Sky Conference this year means a lot LESS free football in Billings this fall.
The Cats TV schedule released shows only 4 games will be broadcast on KULR8 this fall. The rest of the games are on pay cable or via a satellite provider like Dish or DIRECTV. There is one game (Drake) which has no live television of any kind.
The deal with ROOT was designed to give the conference's bigger members more coverage in the bigger television markets in the northwest.
Bobcat fans will still be able to hear every game live and free on 790 KGHL all season. Below are the scheduled air times for each game in the 2012 season.
